OVERVIEW OF STAFF RESOURCES

Though nhc is known for being at the frontier in terms of the technology we employ in our work, we know that our primary strength rests in our people. nhc employs a staff of more than 135 including approximately 100 professionals. About 75 percent of our professionals hold graduate degrees in civil engineering or the geosciences, and about 20 percent hold Ph.D.s in those fields. As individuals, our staff members have developed particularly high levels of expertise through careers dedicated to the field of water resources engineering and science. In addition, staff members at nhc work together extensively in teams devoted to individual projects and disciplines, thus maximizing their effectiveness and their ability to provide exceptional value in the work performed for our clients. The average length of service of all of our employees is eight years. The 25 principals of our firm average 20 years of service with nhc, and average more than 30 years of experience in total.
